This apartment is professionally managed by an international team from the US and Latin America. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. We are here to make your stay in Panama the best vacation ever! This is the only property in Panama that is nestled in the jungle with a private beach and easy access to Panama City. It is quiet, safe, and it has every amenity you can imagine. Taxis/Ubers are plentiful and cheap. Download the Uber app before you come and getting around will be a snap! Guest access You will have access to all of the Casa Bonita amenities, including a rooftop pool, game room, gym. You will also have access to the restaurants at the Westin Playa Bonita (on our same property). You can also purchase a membership to the exclusive Pearl Club beach club for an additional fee. Some amenities are pay-as-you-go, such as restaurants, bars, the deli, the gift shop, and access to the Clarins spa. Other things to note ROOFTOP BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ on the rooftop that's available to residents and renters by reservation for a $35 fee. POSSIBILITY FOR NOISE: This is a residential building, and for the most part, it is very quiet and tranquil. However, owners have the right to make modifications and/or renovations to their apartments without notice. This noise can only occur during normal business hours (excluding Sundays and Panama holidays).
