This family-owned ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4 (2 queen) and is located at Sasquatch Mountain, just steps from the slopes, lifts, trails, and lodge. Relax poolside (June-Sept 7) or in the indoor hot tub and sauna (year round). Mountain and pool views, a well-equipped kitchen, toys, games, Wi-fi, Bluetooth soundbar, BBQ, patio, games room, DVDs and TV with access to your subscriptions await you in this family-friendly space. Sorry no pets. The space Hemlock Haven is a renovated, modern, clean condo that comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen Casper memory foam mattress in the bedroom and a queen Sealy feather top mattress wall bed in the living room. There is also a portable crib (pack n play) available. The condo is located on the first floor. Some amenities, such as the shared indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor heated pool (summer only), and games room (air hockey, foosball, ping pong) are located down a set of stairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen (Keurig, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, waffle maker, blender, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, sugar, oil) and a BBQ on the private balcony. Guest access Access to the condo via key in a lockbox and a door code. Access to the entire condo except for one locked supply closet. 1 covered parking spot in the parkade (6’6 height restriction), and 1 other uncovered parking spot on the gravel lot. The outdoor heated pool (open 10am-9pm June 6-September 7), indoor hot tub and sauna (open year-round 10am-10pm) and the games room (air hockey, foosball and ping pong open 11am-10pm). Please note these are all common spaces managed by Strata. We are unable to guarantee they will be open during your stay. Coin-operated laundry (takes loonies) Other things to note As we are a family with young children, Hemlock Haven is geared towards families. We offer a variety of games, toys, DVDs, a pack and play, a booster seat, a portable bathtub (suitable up to age 4), potty seat and step stool. There is a DVD player and Roku sound bar allowing you access to your Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ etc. Towels, hot tub/pool towels, and bed linens included as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash As Hemlock Haven is in a remote location, please pack all of the food and supplies for your stay. The resort lodge has Molly Hogan’s Bar & Restaurant which is typically open during the winter season, and open on weekends during the summer. The drive up the mountain takes about 20 minutes and the road has some steep parts and hairpin turns. It is paved partway then gravel the rest of the way. Snow tires and chains are required by the Ministry of Transportation from October to April. I recommend motion sickness medication if you have a tendency to be car sick. The gravel road can be bumpy and have pot holes too. Please note, the mountain and our condo building do not have the infrastructure to support electric vehicle charging. The nearest charging station is about a 30min drive down the mountain. Please plan accordingly. Completion of a short term rental form is a strata requirement for renters in our building so that strata is aware of who is staying and the vehicles parked on site. It will be available to you at check-in to complete.
