Two minutes walk to the popular Rivermouth Cafe, a bit further on to the newly refurbished Tomakin Club and only seconds walk till your feet are touching the pristine sands at the crystal clear Tomakin Cove beach. Tomakin Beach which is 24/7 off leash for dogs is on one side of the Cove, with the popular surf spot Barlings Beach on the other side. Living and entertaining space: Relax out on the front balcony and enjoy simply stunning views over the beach and ocean. It's the perfect spot to sit back with a coffee and soak up the views and that fresh, salty breeze, while contemplating the days activities. There is an open plan lounge/dining upstairs with wood burning fire for those cold winter nights. Another living area downstairs has a wood burner.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.
