Parlee beach is only a 5 min car ride away where unspoiled, fine golden sand and the warmest seawater north of the 44th parallel awaits you . Check out the sailboats at the Marina- a 10 min walk on route to shops and restaurants in the heart of Shediac! BEDROOMS: The home boasts 3 separate bedrooms, with 5 beds in total. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is the largest, with ocean views that can be experienced from a king size bed and a private deck. Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a queen size bed and has a glimpse view of the ocean. Bedroom 3: This bedroom is perfect for adults and kids. There are 2 new beds, each of which can be pulled out into a standard King size if need be. LOFT: Off of the Master bedroom on the 2nd floor, is a cozy loft area with a comfy sofa/chaise for two. Sink in and watch tv while staying warm with our Napolean fireplace. LIVING DINING: This open-concept area has soaring 16 ft windows, a gas fireplace and water views of Shediac Bay and Pointe-du-Chene wharf in the distance. The dining area has an expandable mahogany farmhouse table that can comfortably seat up to 10 people. BATHROOMS: The house has 2 full bathrooms, each with plenty of storage and welcoming water pressure. Both bathrooms come with a tub and shower. KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen was recently remodeled to contain an extra long island (/w 4 barstools) with granite countertops, and brand new appliances including a 5- element gas stove, a ceramic farmhouse sink and gold hardware and lighting. PRIVATE BACKYARD PATIO AND 4-SEASON GAZEBO/OFFICE: Beyond the house, is a very large wooden patio deck, and pergola for outdoor dining and entertainment. The bonus 4 season gazebo can be used as an office or extra entertainment space with a Lazyboy sofa, tv, board games, a fireplace, vinyl record player and indoor and outdoor speakers. This area is perfect for outdoor dining and intimate gatherings. After years of working many kilometers from any ocean, we missed it so much we bought a seaside house of our own! What better place than the beachside resort of Shediac, where the locals are so friendly and the freshest seafood is bountiful! We have travelled the world, yet our favourite place is Atlantic Canada, where we met. We look forward to offering you a restful stay in the heart of Shediac!
