Note the home is the bottom floor of a 3 story home with its own separate entrance. The owners live on the 2nd floor and have their own completely separate entrance. There is plenty of off street parking right in front of the entrance. The home is located in one of the iconic neighborhoods near historic downtown Durango and has all of the expected amenities of a short term rental including washer/dryer, fast WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ Grill, outdoor seating area etc. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - Twin Trundle Our home is NOT pet friendly due to severe allergies. This includes service animals in accordance with ADA standards and compliance restrictions related to severe allergies. While the home does not have AC, it stays plenty cool since its on the ground/bottom floor (similar to a basement staying cooler then the upstairs of a home).
