The entire house and the private yard is accessible to all renters. We do ask that nobody goes under the house or into the attic. Other things to note We’ve priced this property's nightly rate to help make things easy for you! Each guest will need to purchase a weekly rental pass for Sea Pines, $20 cash per car, per week. We used to pre-purchase and mail them out, but to keep things simple (and to avoid any hiccups), we’ve lowered our rate so guests can easily get their own pass on arrival. This is a private rental—no shared spaces! You’ll have the entire home to yourselves. A few closets locked for owner storage, but everything you need is fully accessible. For your peace of mind, no cameras or noise monitors are anywhere on the property. Some homes may have devices like Alexa pucks, Google Home, Wi-Fi appliances, or Sonos speakers that could include microphones. You’re welcome to unplug them if you’d prefer. (Just please don’t unplug the internet equipment, thermostats, or smoke alarms—this could cause a service call and extra fees.) We want you to feel completely at home—relax and enjoy your stay!
