Home is in one of the most desirable communities - Bayside at Bethany Lake. 2 master bedrooms make it perfect for multiple families. EV Charger in garage for guests! The space 4 bedroom (2 master bedrooms - perfect for multiple families), 3 1/2 bath, former model home in one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area - Bayside at Bethany Lakes. Home was professionally decorated by the top interior design company in the area, Bethany Resort Furnishings and was recently updated with new sofa and love seat, new patio furniture and all new state-of-the art electronics. Home has 5 LCD TV's, BlueRay Player, 2 DVD Players, XBox 360, Keurig coffee maker, high-speed WIFI (upgraded to the fastest speed available for "work and school from home" families" 125 GB download speeds!). Bikes, beach toys and baby Pack'n Play included. Home is just a short walk to the beautiful clubhouse that has indoor pool, game room and huge outdoor pool overlooking bay, tennis courts and playground. Game room is great for playing pool, Foosball, table tennis or arcade games. Even if there is a rainy day, the kids will be completely entertained! Home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs. Kayak storage and launch is only a short walk from our home. Kayaks are available from outside 3rd party and rates range from $125/week to $175. Please let me know if you are interested. Private Garage Parking for 2 Cars and Multiple Spots for additional cars if needed. EV Charger installed in garage for our guests, free of charge! Guest access Property is on secure door code that changes with each guest. I will send you check-in instructions after receiving payment. Other things to note Please note that only a starter set of paper products (paper towels, toilet tissue), soaps and shampoo are included in rental. Linens (bed linens and bath linens) ARE included in cleaning fee rate. Beds will be made for you when you arrive. The property is pet friendly for well behaved dogs. If you choose to bring a dog, please let me know at time of reservation. There is an addition $195 pet cleaning fee. The community has a fantastic clubhouse with both indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. The outdoor pool is usually open between Memorial day and Labor day but may be closed a week or so earlier/later. Although it is very, very rare, on occasion either of the pools may have to be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay. There is also a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, arcade game, etc…. There is also a tv room and a large kitchen. The clubhouse requires a fee to use the facilities. The fees are below: Summer Season (May 15th to Sept 30th) Summer rentals per weekly lease 4 days or less:        $150 Per week:               $300   Off Season (October 1st to May 14th) 4 days or less:        $75  Per week:               $150 A $50 fee will be charged if Clubhouse fob is not returned. One of our favorite things to do is to bring our dog down to James Farm Ecological Preserve. It is a very short drive 1.4 mile drive. It is pet friendly and has a beautiful white sand beach. Since it's on the bayside, it is very calms and shallow for the young kids. Free parking, pet friendly 365 days/year!
