Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn't have a problem. ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. The driveway is smaller although street parking is allowed as well. The home is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. SLEEPING: There is a king bed in the master. Additionally, there is a queen, two double beds, a top/bottom bunk bed, and a couch that sleeps a total of 13, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you. TV: This property has Smart TV's with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
