The dining area seats eight and connects easily to the updated kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and gathering. Just beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bath and laundry area, making longer stays simple and stress-free. 🛏️ The primary bedroom with a king bed is located just off the living room for easy access. Down the hall, a second bedroom with a queen bed sits near a full bathroom and offers access to the backyard. The third bedroom is tucked away for added privacy, accessed through the second bedroom and down a short set of stairs. This space features a queen bed, beautiful bay windows, and a private en-suite bathroom. *Additional sleeping space is available with a queen foam sleeper sofa in the living room. 🌿 Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced quarter-acre yard, perfect for relaxing or letting your dog roam freely. Soak in the hot tub under the Colorado sky, gather around the gas fire pit, or grill your favorites for an easy evening in. Guest access You'll have full use of the house, laundry and backyard with the amazing hot tub. On-street parking or private parking spaces right on the east corner of the lot off the alley are available! 📍 Located in a central Colorado Springs neighborhood, this home offers quick access to both outdoor adventures and city conveniences. Other things to note - The truck and camper parked on the west side of the property are occupied by our groundskeeper Robert who is very kind and keeps to himself. - The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you! - A Maximum of one (1) pet are allowed at our home. Pet fee is $75 per pet. - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations. - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home.
