The Homestead at GratiDude Ranch is minutes to Leipers Fork. Sleeping up to 14 guests, groups can enjoy being together but with a little privacy. It offers three separate spaces on the property; a farmhouse style contemporary Ranch House that sleeps 6, a Carriage House & Loft that is a fun and unique space that sleeps 6, and a storybook Cottage that sleeps 2. An 11 seater swim spa/hot tub is situated on the side patio with an outdoor fireplace for those brisk nights and unbelievable views. The space The Homestead is our newest opportunity for larger groups to truly enjoy a country chic experience offering three separate lodging spaces on the same property. The Ranch House is the main house that is a 3 bedroom / 2bath , space and can sleep 6 guests. With two bedrooms and a semi-private 3rd sleeping area, this contemporary farmhouse style rancher can accommodate up to 6 overnight guests. The fully stocked, double chef kitchen is sure to inspire, and the surroundings are simply magic. A swim spa is situated on the patio with an outdoor fireplace. It has a fully stocked gourmet chef kitchen, gorgeous dining patio, and a back porch with a fireplace and gas grill. The property also offers an 11 seat swim spa hot tub. In addition to the Ranch house, a Carriage House & Loft offers an open concept space in a remodeled barn and features a queen and twin bed, kitchenette, a full bathroom as well as an additional 3 twin beds in the loft; to sleep a total of 6. The private back porch overlooks gorgeous views and has an in-ground park style grill. Lastly, The Homestead offers an additional storybook Cottage. This quaint space inspired by Roald Dahls 'Writing Hut' has a king bed and kitchenette and is perfect for a couple or individual. Both, the Carriage House and Cottage structures have antique wood stoves to keep you warm on a cold winter's night. The Ranch House has a gas fireplace that is a beautiful feature in the home. As long as the event barn isn't booked for an event, renters are welcome to read and relax under the barn or enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also plenty of room for everyone to gather in the main ranch house double kitchen or the dining room table which seats 12. There is ample seating on the back deck as well. Our farm pets on the ranch include our Pyrenees pup Lily, our barn cat, Kitty, our miniature dwarf cow, Red, and our miniature donkeys, ponies, goats, a few friendly chickens and our miniature pigs. You are welcome to meet all of them during your stay! Guests also have access to our beautiful creek with picnic tables. Perfect for groups, reunions, small weddings, families and friends! If you're looking to have an entire modern farm experience, this is your space! There are separate fees for any events being held during your stay that involve inviting outside guests. For larger groups, we have additional accommodations on our neighboring properties also available through AirBnb. Please inquire. We're only 8 miles from historic Leipers Fork Village, less than 20 miles south of Historic Downtown Franklin, TN, approx 10 minutes from the well-known Loveless Cafe, and approx 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. For out of town guests, Fox & Locke has live music almost every night. Enjoy breakfast at The Country Boy Diner across the street. The Loveless Cafe offers amazing breakfast. Meridees and Frothy Monkey are favorites as well in downtown Franklin. Whatever you want - you can find! There are numerous antique shops, The Red Byrd coffee, a few upscale art galleries, and plenty more small town shops await you in the community of Leiper's Fork. Guest access Plenty of parking is available in our parking plaza. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: During our in-season period, May - November, dinner events are hosted twice per month in the event barn space on the Homestead property. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets to these events. The events are held on Saturday evenings from 5:30 - 9:30PM. We also book kids birthday parties on Saturday afternoons. An event could be booked during your stay so we suggest inquiring whether an event is booked over your stay if this is a potential issue for your group. PLEASE NOTE: Although we are pet friendly, we do charge a $100 pet fee per pet. Please disclose a pet is coming so we can request the payment through AirBnB's resolution center if you did not include in your reservation.
