Guests will also have access to the shared sauna, pool, and hot tub, as well as free onsite parking for one vehicle in the covered parking. Additional parking is available on the street and is first come, first served. The laundry room is located in the garage across from our parking space. It is coin-operated. Other things to note Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. There is ongoing courtyard renovation, please expect that there will be limited access to the said area until further notice and also expect some noise during your stay. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please take note that the pool, sauna, and hot tub, which are communal facilities, are accessible year-round from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and are situated on the first level, adjacent to the elevator.
