Eifel Holiday Home - 15 Bedrooms - Single Use

Very large holiday home with 15 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 30 guests on the border with Luxembourg. You can eat, play or celebrate together in the former pub. It is particularly suitable for large families, family reunions or groups. Dogs are also welcome. The holiday home has been renovated and extended in recent years. It was a pub with guest rooms for over 150 years. Now it has been adapted to the modern requirements of a holiday home. The space The Rodershausen holiday home in the south-west Eifel is 390 m² in size, has 15 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 30 guests. We have 3 single rooms, 6 double rooms, 4 three-bed rooms and 2 four-bed rooms. You can also use the sofa bed in the living room of the coach house. On the ground floor we now have a large living/dining room with kitchen, where the pub used to be. Right next to it is the former small hall, which is now used as a dining room. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC, a guest WC and a large cloakroom. On the upper floor of the guest house there are nine bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and WC. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and all have their own style. On the top floor there is a large living room, a playroom for small children and four further bedrooms and a bathroom. In the coach house in the side wing there are a total of four beds in one bedroom - like in a dormitory, side by side. There is also a living room with a pellet stove, a small kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom with a shower and WC. In the large courtyard there is a large terrace with plenty of seating and a large charcoal barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. Of course there is plenty of parking space in front of and next to the holiday home. The historic farmstead has been used in many different ways over its long history, for example as a manor with livestock, as a stagecoach station, as an inn, guesthouse, grocer's shop and now as a holiday home. It has now been adapted to meet the modern requirements of a group home. Rodershausen is a typical Eifel village with around 160 inhabitants at 500 metres above sea level above the Our valley, surrounded by woods and meadows. There are outdoor swimming pools within a radius of around 10 kilometres in Neuerburg, Körperich and Vianden. Just 15 km away is the AquaNat'Our Piscine Parc Hosingen with an indoor adventure pool, sauna world & fitness centre. Since Airbnb only allows a maximum of 16 people to be selected, but our house offers 30 sleeping places, please let us know how many people are coming after booking. Each additional person from 16 persons costs 10€ for bed linen & towels. Other things to note Under no circumstances is our accommodation available for binge drinking and loud parties - both outdoors and indoors (especially not for stag and hen parties, etc.), nor is any music in the outdoor area welcome! Since the holiday home is located in the middle of the village, in a quiet, family-friendly and sensitive neighbourhood, the volume should be adjusted to the time of day in the evening and from 11 pm onwards there should be absolute peace and quiet outside. Of course, the party can then continue indoors (with the windows closed!). The holiday home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25), as it is a holiday home and not a hostel and we want to be considerate of the neighbourhood.
