Great amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven range, a large formal dining room, and two living areas. Our split floor plan home is perfect for family gatherings! Enjoy watching golfers right from the back patio of this home! Located only 8 minutes from Allison Sports Town. The space Our kid-friendly home has 2 living areas, 4 large bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The bedrooms are located in the four corners of the house so there is lots of privacy. The primary bath has a corner jetted tub for relaxing. If you are in the mood, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to create and serve a delicious meal! Lots of small appliances are available including a crockpot and air fryer. This home is equipped with a recently serviced back up generator that will run the entire house! It also contains a tankless water heater. Sorry, no pets and the garage is NOT available with house rental. Pool is for homeowners only. This house is NOT for those who party. NO unauthorized guests are allowed to spend the night. This means ONLY the people on the original agreement may spend the night. All passenger cars MUST be parked in the driveway. There is enough room for 6 average size vehicles. Plenty for 8 guests. No campers, RVs, trailers, trucks, boats, etc. are allowed. Our HOA does NOT allow it. A fee will be applied to your bill. Guest access You will have access to the entire home! A keypad entry system with your own personal code makes it easy to come and go. The garage is not available to guests. Other things to note We work hard to disinfect and sanitize the entire house focusing on high frequency touch spots such as door handles, light switches, buttons, knobs, and remotes. Guests with poor reviews will not be accepted.
