The open-plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table, and the adjoining breakfast bar has seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a King bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall. Wireless internet is available at the property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island! Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
