In addition, the Queen City Suite's luxurious accommodations, ample parking, and private neighborhood make it THE preferred destination of choice when visiting Charlotte! The space This private guest suite, located below and attached to our primary residence, features 2 oversized bedrooms filled with natural light; 1 full bathroom with large vanity; an open living room with couch, chair, and TV; and kitchenette area equipped with full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, bar table, and microwave. The suite is a gorgeous space with plenty of warm touches to make it feel like you never left home. The guest driveway makes parking easy for you to come and go as you please. During your visit, enjoy the two TV's, free WiFi, books, board games, coffee/tea, and snacks. Other things to note Smoking of tobacco or any other products is strictly prohibited inside the suite/space. We will notice if you are smoking inside the space. Outside the property is allowed. Please be aware that, per the listing, this space is attached to our primary residence. It is a walkout basement and is completely separate from where we live upstairs with its own driveway and entrance.
