It is the ideal house for a holiday with family or friends: its 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms/water rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people: put down your suitcases, open the shutters, you are on holiday by the sea! A large living-dining room and a modern and equipped kitchen overlook the balcony at the front to enjoy the ocean view and the large private terrace at the back equipped with a ping-pong table and garden furniture. There is one bedroom upstairs and 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. An additional small living room upstairs allows you to isolate yourself or gather the children for a board game. The garden is surrounded by hedges with fruit trees. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with a small garden and 3-4 parking spaces are available. Guest access The entire house (except a locked closet and storage room) is accessible to guests. Access to the attic, which is not furnished and is dangerous, is prohibited. It is forbidden to make fires in the fireplace. Linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels) ARE included in the rental. COVID19: We change all bedding protections (mattresses & pillows) between each rental. The house is cleaned according to a protocol established to guarantee the best health safety for our guests. Other things to note The house is comfortable, well equipped but remains a vacation home in which you want to stay hours in the evening at the table outside in summer on the large terrace while the children play ping pong or hide and seek in the garden. On rainy days or in cool weather, the living room and its adjoining dining room offer a comfortable alternative with sofas that invite you to lie down to read or surf on your screen while the children occupy the small yellow living room where they can play quietly.
