This home sits on 1 1/2 lots providing spacious front and back yards for your family and friends to entertain. We offer many extras that others do not. Per Michigan Laws-We do not rent dock space and dock space is not available for overnight mooring. Boat rentals can be procured via the local marina. In home fireplace is available for use, but we do not guarantee availability of firewood. You are free to purchase/procure firewood from any local vendor if you desire. (Please-ABSOLUTELY NO PINE WOOD TO BE USED IN HOME) The entire home is open and available to guests. Home is non-occupied other than for rental purposes. Seasonal- owners may have various home grown fruits(raspberries, strawberries, peaches, & black cherries), herbs ( various thymes, basils, rosemary) and vegetables (tomatoes, jalepenos, Thai chile peppers(red/green/yellow), lemon grass and more growing in yards and available for sale. This private subdivision’s neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Enjoy a walk around the sub and view the various beautiful landscaping. Walk, bike or boat from backyard. Use our four place peddle boat, inflatable kayak or inflatable row boat to enjoy the water. **July 2022 Hamburg Township adopts Short Term Rental ordinances. Wi-fi/internet now available. We have about 300 movies on DVD/VHS for use. We encourage you to explore the outdoors and all that the surrounding area has to offer. Please note that some water toys (example tubes and squirt guns) may not be available due to damage. Our special Chocolate Cracque chocolate is custom made; We do not shelve.
