Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home. - No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code.
