Our Home Offers It All: • Location, Location, Location: Just minutes from the free bus line and a short walk from the culinary delights of downtown Winter Park, you’ll have quick access to exceptional world-class skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Resort, a plethora of amazing snowshoe, cross-county ski and fat bike trails just steps from our home, as well as the family-friendly tubing hills in nearby Fraser. • Warm and Inviting: After a day of hitting some fresh powder on the slopes or snowshoeing the peaceful trails, unwind by our beautiful marble fireplace in our spacious living area complete with our comfy, large sectional sofa, plush bean bag, armchair and stylish, modern decor. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up delicious, hearty meals in our gourmet kitchen, stocked with crock pot, pizza tray, panini-maker, coffee grinder, kid’s plates, utensils, and cups, as well as an ample selection of pots and pans. • Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms: Sleep in the quiet serenity with our blackout blinds perfect for a lazy afternoon nap or sleeping in, allowing the sun to soften the snow to fluffy perfection. Our cozy bedrooms have extra blankets, pillows, and space heaters for those extra frosty winter nights. All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom with a modern shower or bathtub, perfect for soothing sore muscles after a day of outdoor play. Amenities: • Hot Tub: Relax under the stars in our romantic two-person hot tub, the ideal way to cap off a day of adventure. • Snowshoes: We offer 5 pairs of snowshoes (2 for kids) for your use during your stay. • Sleds: We offer 4 kids sleds for your use during your stay. • Board Games and Books: We have several fun board games and books to read, allowing for some good old fashion family fun. • Ring Toss: If you’re up for braving the winter weather, enjoy our Ring Toss located outside near our hot tub. • Family-Friendly: We welcome families with children, and the home is equipped with a pack n’ play for your use. • Wi-Fi Entertainment: Stay connected with our high-speed internet and enjoy Netflix. Each of our bedrooms has a large screen TV and streaming service. • Free Shuttle Service: The Winter Park Lyft service stops nearby, making it effortless to get around without a car. • Parking: We have a one car garage and free on-site uncovered parking for an additional car is available for our guests. • Recreational Center: The Grand-Park recreational center is a short distance from our home, offering an indoor swimming pool with slide, hot tub, sauna, steam-room, weight room, and climbing wall. Each bedroom is situated on its own level, and has a full en-suite private bathroom with an additional powder room off of the living room. Every floor has a quiet outdoor deck perfect for enjoying a beer or glass of wine after a fun day skiing, boarding, snowshoeing, sledding, fat biking or any number of recreational activities. Full size washer/dryer in the home, full private garage and parking for additional vehicle in partially covered driveway. We also offer a beautiful new romantic private 2 person hot tub ideal for star-gazing. WiFi, a 55" flatscreen with Netflix and Youtube TV and sound bar will take care of your entertainment needs. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized memory foam mattress with lush 650 thread count sheets, and a large screen TV with Netflix included. Bedroom 2 features queen over queen bunk beds with a private 2nd-floor balcony, and a large screen TV with Netflix included. Bedroom 3 features a King-sized bed with lavish 650 thread count sheets and a large screen TV with Netflix included. Perfectly located less than 1/2 mile from downtown Winter Park and a short shuttle ride away from Winter Park Resort, our townhome is an outdoorsman's paradise. 3 pair of adult snowshoes, 2 pair of child snowshoes, and kids sleds are available for guest use on the nearby hills and trails. Spikeball is provided for fun outside! The Rendezvous neighborhood features a stocked fishing pond, a kids playground, and miles of trails. Hideaway Park (which offers free kids sleds and chairs to use and return) and the Rendezvous Event Center featuring a kids sledding hill, a playground featuring a climbing wall, and multiple summer concerts and festivals is only about 1 mile away. Grand Park Community Recreation center is less than 1 mile away featuring a 30-foot climbing wall, 20-foot loop slide, lazy river, hot tub, full weight and cardio room, fitness classes, and much more. We are also a short walk away from some of Winter Park's best restaurants and nightlife. The free Lift shuttles runs throughout the neighborhood with access to Winter Park Resort and area attractions. MINIMUM RENTER AGE OF 25. Renters may be asked to provide I.D. upon check-in. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Free Resort shuttle stops throughout the neighborhood and accesses Winter Park's world class skiing as well as shopping dining, and nightlife. (Red LIne Rendezvous Rd. stop 0.3 miles up and 0.3 miles down Rendezvous road, Blue Line Hi Country Haus stops 100 yards directly downhill) For night on-call or paratransit call the Resort Dispatch Office. Download the RIDEHOP APP from the APP Store using the ride code "lift" to find your shuttle bus in real time. 2. PARKING: There is parking for 2 vehicles: 1 vehicle can be parked in the private one car garage. One car can be parked in the partially covered driveway in front of the garage. There are also pay-for-parking options at Winter Park Resort and parking in the parking garage at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park. 3. GROCERY STORES: It is fairly easy to go grocery shopping. The free shuttle can get you to both of the grocery stores: Safeway in Fraser is about 2 miles away and Fireside Market is perhaps 1 miles away. Both are on the shuttle route. 4. TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: It is possible to visit Winter Park on the train directly from Denver or Denver International Airport, or by the airport shuttle, while others drive up in a rental car. Many people rent a car in case they want to go see other points of interest in the area, like the tubing hills in Fraser, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Hot Springs in Hot Sulphur Springs or a quick trip to the casinos in Black Hawk. The free shuttle can get you to the grocery stores and tubing hills but you will need a taxi or a rental car to get to the Hot Spring or Black Hawk. 5. EARLY CHECK-In and/or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out when available. Early check-in and/or late check-out must be requested in advance. We can not guarantee early-check-in or late check-out until 24 hours prior to the respective dates. 6. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE PROPERTY 7. Well behaved pets (dog) acceptable with prior approval and pet fee. 8. 30-DAY STAYS: Guests that stay for 30 days will receive a cleaning from our professional cleaning team mid-way through your stay to ensure that our home remains pristine and pleasant during your time. We will coordinate and schedule the cleaning when convenient for you. Guest access The entire home is available for your use.
