Sits in pretty and peaceful farmyard with gorgeous countryside views. EV charging (Type 2 22kw 7 pin tethered) by arrangement. Kingsize bedroom, one twin bedded room, characterful kitchen-living-dining, sun terrace. Perfect for families, couples or friends, it is comfortable, well equipped and spacious - you'll feel immediately at home. The space We moved here a few years ago - reconnecting with family roots. it's the best thing we've done and you'll see why when you're here! it is life at it's best! Bandar Cottage sits in a picture perfect farm yard and offers privacy and distance from the owner's farmhouse as well as Villa Muneera (another holiday cottage). As well as a large patio area, the cottage has a lovely garden and access to the woodland. On the outskirts of the historic village of Llawhaden, you'll enjoy views to the Preseli Hills, the sound of birdsong and undoubtedly a visit from Lewis the dog - who has become a firm guest favourite! Guest access A few steps up lead into the cottage and you'll enter a wonderfully welcoming - and spacious - open plan space - for cooking, eating and relaxing. The main bedroom leads off to the right - one step down - and is a light and airy space. The twin bedroom leads off to the left, with an adjacent utility room and bathroom. Double doors lead out to a private patio area - a real sun trap! And a beautiful garden lies beyond, do enjoy it! A cot and high chair are available for little ones. There is parking for one car - in the farmyard. You're welcome to enjoy our farm, there may be cattle in the fields and a horse in a paddock. Do go for a walk in the 15 acres woods and de-stress by the stream. And chill out at the 'look out' with a glass of fizz! Other things to note You are welcome to use our EV charger - shared with us. We have a cheap overnight rate so typically the cost to you is low. There may be the occasional tractor through the farm yard!
