Peaceful 2-Bed Garden Flat - ideal for small families, remote workers and couples. Can accommodate either 3 adults, or 2 adults plus 2 kids (1 large bed and a second smaller bed). Nestled on a quiet residential street in the coolest neighbourhood of London lies our Victorian garden apartment in the heart of London Fields. Designed in the Japandi style, influenced by the ancient Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, which values slow-living, as well as the Scandinavian practice of hygge. The space Comprising 2 spacious bedrooms, huge living room, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom and south-west facing garden, this tranquil apartment provides the perfect oasis in the heart of London’s creative district. The spacious master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized double, storage and a bureau that can act as a space to work or get ready in the morning. The second bedroom looks onto the south-west facing garden and has a versatile sofa bed that you can keep made or fold up for more space. The room also comes with a full office set up, including use of a second screen. The bed in this second bedroom is a small bed, so can accommodate either a 3rd adult or 2 small children. The apartment includes a fully-functioning galley kitchen, decked in solid beech-wood flooring, with a breakfast bar and modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, gas-burner, oven and everything in-between to enjoy delicious meals if you choose to cook at home. The extra large living room comes complete with an oversized designer sofa, hand-crafted coffee table, antique Danish lounge chair, cinema projector and a minimal design that looks out to the sun-filled garden. The Japanese-inspired dining room provides the perfect setting for a beautiful meal with skylights above and connected by double French doors leading into the patio garden. Draped in hanging plants and lime wash walls, every meal feels like an event. In the garden, we grow fruit, vegetables and herbs and if you wander to the back patio, you’ll find an artwork by a famous London street artist next to a secret chair hammock. A voice-controlled SONOS sound system throughout the apartment facilitates your soundtrack and the 'beach guitar' is available for an impromptu sing-a-long. The spacious family bathroom has a huge tub to soak in after a long day whilst the master bedroom and its original Victorian bay windows overlook the front garden and patio. Guest access We have a self-service system when we are not there to welcome you in person. There is paid parking on nearby streets. Other things to note We love grabbing an artisan coffee and a freshly-made delicacy from the bakery. For an apperitivo in the evening, enjoy an Aperol Spritz as the sun goes down at Wilton Way Deli, both around the corner from the apartment.
