The Flamingo Ranch boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a large bright living room, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area, hot tub with out door shower and comfortable outdoor seating to sit back, relax, and enjoy the stars above. The space • THE SPACE The ranch is enveloped with windows, which maximizes natural light and provides beautiful views of the desert landscape. The home's original concrete floors have been restored and polished, creating a clean and contemporary environment to relax in. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people; a queen bed in each room. The property is your's to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour. •THE OUTDOORS The expansive property comes equipped with outdoor amenities including an outdoor dining room and hot tub for relaxing and incredible stargazing. Guests will also be able to cool off using the outdoor shower. Right next door to a horse rescue where you will see the horses wandering around and grazing freely. Please enjoy the horses from a distance and do not touch, pet or feed. • DEPOSIT We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! Guests have access to the entire property and all of its amenities. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C The Flamingo Ranch is cooled by mini-splits in each room. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. • WASHER/DRYER The Flamingo Ranch has a washer and dryer available to guests that’s are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. • WIFI Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. Not suitable to work from home from this location. • FIRE Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
