The holiday home is refined, basic but cozy and it consists of a living room with open kitchenette, dining room and sofa bed, corridor with curtains that divides the living area from the sleeping area, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. In the shared big garden, there are a swimming pool with solarium, gazebo, outdoor shower and parking. The surroundings of the holiday home in San Pietro in Bevagna The holiday home is in a recently-built complex with swimming pool and garden, in a residential area of Urmo Belsito, 2 kilometers away from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna and 3 kilometers away from its lively city centre. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Shared Garden and Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 200 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found.
