The space This BRAND NEW three-bedroom two-bathroom luxurious rental near the Orlando convention center accommodates eight guests. This vacation condo features a private balcony for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. We made sure to provide a "home away from home" for all our guests to have the magical Orlando experience. This first-floor condo is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. The Space Featuring three bedrooms each with a TV, everyone in the family can unwind after spending a day in the hot Florida sun. This modern condo has one king bedroom with a private full-size bathroom. There is a queen bedroom and another bedroom with two queen beds that share a full-size bathroom. A large fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and a Keurig coffee brewer. Enjoy home-cooked meals with your loved ones without having to agree on a restaurant or bust your budget dining out for every meal. Our condo also has a private balcony with a table and chairs. This little area is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Sit back and enjoy the fresh air. Guest Access All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you. As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished. * 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom * 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom * 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom * 2 garbage bags per bin * 1 paper towel roll per kitchen * 2 dishwasher pods * 1 dish detergent * 1 sponge We do have basic kitchen essentials to facilitate making quick, easy meals while away from home like pots/pans, cups, silverware, plates, etc. * We do not supply seasonings/condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) nor coffee/tea (grains, beans, pods or teabags, etc). * We do not supply pool towels, neither does Vista Cay Resort. Please make sure to bring your own. *** Parking: There are no assigned parking spaces at the resort. Guests are welcome to park in any available spot throughout the property.
