Tanias offer excellent value. The newly constructed home is two, two bedroom homes that share one very thick concrete wall, each side a mirror image of the other. Both homes have covered verandas and out door seating, thru the ranch sliders the homes open up to spacious dining and living areas, with full modern kitchens at the back. To the sides are the two bedrooms and bathroom. 100 metres away is the islands top coffee and baker. The space The immediate coastline where Tanias is situated is rugged, and although not ideal for swimming (its corally) is perfect for up close rock pooling and reef fishing. Tanias is less than a five minute drive to Muri Lagoon, and all things Muri (beaches, resturants and hotel bars) and five minutes to the main township of Avarua (when there arn't road works).
