Completely renovated a few months ago, this tastefully decorated apartment in a beautiful, typically Bordeaux building will win you over with its privileged location in the city! Located on the 2nd floor, it's fully equipped for your comfort (wifi, essentials, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, iron, fan). One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), making it ideal for 2 people! DEPOSIT As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies. The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition. EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS One of our receptionists will contact you the day before your arrival to arrange your check-in time. Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges. BREAKFAST We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. GETTING AROUND From Mérignac airport: Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then take tram B from the Gambetta stop to the La Cité du Vin stop and walk 5 min. From Gare Saint Jean: Take tram C or D from Gare Saint Jean to Quinconces, then tram B from Quinconces to La Cité du Vin and walk 5 min. Street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. Half-day parking costs €15. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The ideal setting for a short stay or a long weekend. The beautiful buildings are an excellent indication of the new Bordeaux. The land once belonged to a former Carthusian monastery (Chartreux in French, which leads to the current name, Les Chartrons), drained by the Dutch in the 17th century.
