Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom condo in downtown Indianapolis! Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a sound machine in the bedroom. Walk to restaurants, bars, and top attractions. Note: Heating system is louder than average—earplugs recommended if you're sensitive to noise. **Pet fee & parking not included. **Music may be heard from the cocktail lounge below (Sun–Thu 5pm–12am, Fri–Sat 5pm–1am; hours vary). Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month. Guest access To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: ● Signing of rental agreement ● ID and selfie uploads Other things to note • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
