Welcome to our modern downtown apartment in the heart of Indianapolis! This is a small stylish 1-bedroom condo that offers a full kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed and Wi-Fi. Bedroom includes a sound machine to help with noise distortion. Walkable to restaurants and bars. The Argyle building is an older building, outside noise and traffic will be heard. *Pet fee not included in the total. *Parking Fee not included in the total. *Local residents by approval only, due to previous damages. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month. Guest access To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: ● Signing of rental agreement ● ID and selfie uploads **Please be advised** **Local residents are not permitted unless approved by management, due to previous damages.** Other things to note • There are no elevators at this property. There are several steep steps to access your apartment. • In some cases, the community may require additional FCRA compliant screening for guests. If required, we will provide further details on the screening process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests. • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Weekly and monthly discounts will be applied automatically when you select your dates: • 10% off of 7 days stay or more • 20% off of 30 day stay or more Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility. • For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
