4 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom Short drive to campus

Pet's welcome! Great family neighborhood only a short drive from campus. There is bed space for 10 and up to 14 with two sleeper sofas. We have two queen air mattresses that can also be used. The living room includes a 85" tv. The sunroom and all bedrooms have TV's. Two car garage with plenty of additional parking in driveway. This is our home and we welcome you to use it as your home away from home. We ask that you respect our personal belongings stored in closets, dressers, etc. Full access to all living spaces within our home. The attic should not be accessed. The storage room in the garage should only be accessed for adjusting hot water heater if needed. We fully respect the privacy of our guests and will not be present during your stay. We are a phone call away if any assistance is needed. We live on a quiet street in a family friendly neighborhood. Rental cars and taxis service are available for transportation around Tuscaloosa. We are an approved short term rental owner in Tuscaloosa. Our city is now aggressively enforcing short term rental regulations and non approved hosts may be forced to cancel reservations if they are not in compliance. Don't risk booking another property that can not confirm they are an approved host for the city of Tuscaloosa and Tuscaloosa County.
