Other things to note Villa del Toro A is one of two private villas situated on a beautifully landscaped half-acre property. The villas are connected only by their garages—there are no shared living walls. Each home is intentionally designed for privacy, with primary suites on opposite ends and fully private, gated backyards, each featuring a heated hot tub and dedicated outdoor seating. Please note: • The boat parking area (30’ x 60’) is shared within one large gated area- each section shared is approximately 15’ x 60’ • RVs require prior authorization and an additional fee if guests will be camping separately overnight – Unauthorized RVs are subject to a $100 per night penalty • All guests must be listed on the reservation – Unregistered guests or occupancy beyond the maximum will incur a $100 per person fee • Well-behaved pets are welcome with payment of the pet fee • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Each villa operates independently.
