Lake House

This house is on a lake. It has a gorgeous outdoor grill, fridge and ice maker along side a 15x30 saltwater and heated pool( opens in the middle of May and closes for the season as of October ). The hot tub is open! It has a beautiful kitchen with new appliances, dining area and living room on the first floor. This home is not child proofed, so children must be strongly supervised. No dogs allowed! This is NO smoking at all in the house or on the property! No day guests! Guest access No dogs allowed! Other things to note WAIVER You understand that using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the jacuzzi, pool, hikes and sleds while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
