Whole house located in a residential area 3 min by foot from protected beach. It enjoys a large garden with pool and an ample terrace with gas BBQ and a dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. Ideal for families of up to 10, it has 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room. It is situated in Costa Daurada, 45 min from Barcelona airport, close to the Roman city of Tarragona, Port Aventura and the wine districts of Penedes and Priorat. The space The house is built on a 1000 square meter plot, with a lush garden with palm trees, eucalyptus and olives. The salt water pool is 12x6 meters which gives plenty of room for play. Indoors, the open living room and kitchen create a social space. 4 bedrooms with A/C are located on the second floor and 1 on the ground floor (no A/C), separated from the day area. Other things to note We collect the municipality tourist fee of EUR 1 per guest per night in cash on arrival. In July and August, we only do weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
