Very beautiful house with sea view, Pink Granite Coast

The Côte de Granit Rose starts in Trébeurden, where we are, and ends 8 km after the entrance to Perros Guirrec. It is a beautiful place and you will be within a 5-minute walk of the first of its beaches. Two other beaches are within walking distance, 10 and 15 minutes away. You are also close to shops and the market... our house allows you to do everything on foot. It is spacious, warm, pleasant and easy to live in for 8 people. Both the interiors and exteriors are well equipped. The space The garden is equipped for sharing meals and for relaxing. On the ground floor is the old garage that has become a storage room for the outside, to which you will have access. An outdoor staircase takes you to the living floor, equipped with a terrace with sea view, where you can also have a meal. The large living room is spacious (52 m2) and warm, you will live there easily with 8 people. The bedrooms are large, the one on the living floor has direct access to one of the two shower rooms, the other 3 are on the upper floor. All bedding is of high quality and new, except for one room where the bedding is excellent but not new. All rooms are very sunny. There is a separate toilet on the living floor, and a toilet built into the shower room on the bedroom floor. Guest access The entire home and garden will be accessible to you, and for you alone. Only the boiler room and a closet will be closed. Please do not use the fireplace. Other things to note The living rooms are upstairs, they overlook the garden, and offer you a beautiful sea view, as well as an impression of being nestled in the trees.
