In the commune of Flumet, we are offering for rent this charming flat, refurbished in June 2023, with a ski lift 50 metres away on foot, swimming pool. It measures 67 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony where you can enjoy the mountain air. The space The apartment comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (2 single beds) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, washing machine... - Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed - Bedroom 3: One double bed - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Exterior: - A balcony of approx. 9m², facing South/East, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Common area : - A swimming pool (heated) of approximately 6×12 m, open in the summer season (June to early September) and in the winter season (mid-December to the first week of April) (dates of opening non-contractual, subject to modification by the residence). - Sauna, open from 21 December 2025 (opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change by the residence). Other things to note - Wifi at an additional cost at the reception. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
