House with pool completely renovated for 14 beds. We rent our house located in the Abatilles district in Arcachon. It was fully renovated and completed in June 2022. The villa offers you all the advantages of a high-quality rental. It is a real haven of peace and nature on the edge of the forest, in the heart of a privileged environment. The space The location is ideal for reaching the beaches of the basin, tennis, golf, the city center of Arcachon, shops, the Pyla dune 8 km away and the ocean beaches a little further and all the activities offered by the Basin. The cycling routes are a few pedals away. The 180 m2 house with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/shower rooms and 3 toilets, offers beautiful services, accommodating up to 14 people. On the 1st floor: - A large living room bathed in light with a sitting area and a dining area. - Fully stoked and equipped kitchen. - Two bedrooms (1 double with 160 cm bed and one with 2 80 cm beds) - A bathroom + separate toilet. On the 2nd level: - A laundry room with washing machine 4 Bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom (one master bedroom with 160 bed with toilet + one with 2 bunk beds) - 2 other bedrooms (with 2 beds of 80 cm) - 1 bathroom Separate toilet on the landing The 6 m x 3 m swimming pool is secured by an electric roller shutter. It offers a flat bottom at 140/145 cm of water as well as a bench immersed at 40 cm of water. Pool management is scheduled with a visit every week. An outdoor shower with hot water is available at the back of the garden for your return from the beach. A ping pong table is available, as well as garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Essential products will be made available to guests (salt, pepper, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge...) to facilitate your stay. Baby equipment is also available (crib/potty/high chair) A precise inventory will be carried out on the day of departure. Guest access Possibility to park the car on the street (very quiet, very little traffic) in front of the house.
