The space Amenities include: · Private backyard with covered patio, outdoor grill/BBQ area, pool and hot tub. (Please note pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100.00 per day and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay). · Billiard table and multi-game arcade machine. · Onsite washer & dryer. · TVs in all bedrooms, living room, sitting room, and game room. · Driveway for onsite parking (no street parking allowed). Downstairs includes: · A bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. · Formal dining room for 8. Upstairs includes: · Master bedroom with king-size bed and a twin size futon sofa bed. Master has access to the private balcony. · Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and a shared full bath. The entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! We ask that you and your guests please treat the space with respect as well as our neighbors. *ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS AND PARTIES ALLOWED. Waterfalls/water features along with the spa CANNOT be on and running while the pool is heating.*If you turn on either the pool heater will stop running and in turn, the pool will not heat.* 2. Payment request will be sent by the host via the "RESOLUTION CENTER" on Airbnb. The instructions on how to turn on the pool heater will then be provided. 3. Pool heating fee is $100.00 per day and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as pool heating takes time to reach the desired temperature. Depending on weather, the pool can be heated to approx. up to 83 degrees. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire home except for the garage. Onsite parking is available which fits up to 3 compact vehicles. No street parking allowed and please do not park on the dirt/gravel areas. Other things to note This home is equipped with HULU + LIVE TV, Disney+, ESPN+, Fire TV. All of our TVs are connected to Amazon Firesticks for your viewing pleasure! We are a pet friendly home, however, we do ask that you let us know before booking how many pets will be joining you as there is a Pet Fee of $50.00 per pet that will be applied after your booking is confirmed. If you do not disclose that you will be bringing a pet(s), there will be a $500 penalty. Please clean up after your pet or an additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be applied. Heavy shedding pets will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee. Please keep your pets off the furniture and out of the pool! *Landscaping service is on Mondays. Pool Cleaning service is Wednesday or Thursday.
