St Anne's Manor Stunning Luxury Villa With Hot Tub

St Anne's is one of Torquay's grand old Victorian villas that has survived the years, in tact, in a fabulous condition for 21st century. It sits behind high stone walls and surrounded by 3 1/2 acres of gardens which are lovingly tended by a permanent gardener. The grand Victorian heritage of the property has not held it back from being transformed into a home for 21st century with all the amenities modern visitors would expect. It is just minutes away from beaches, the marina and Torquay town. The space The inside of the property has been completely transformed for modern tastes and gives visitors a taste of Hollywood glamour whilst still respecting the Victorian heritage of the property. On the ground floor there is a spacious drawing room with dual aspect windows and which has access directly onto a sun terrace and the gardens beyond. There is also a room with a pool table. Also on the ground floor you will find the large and extremely well equipped kitchen which also has a dining table that can comfortably sit all ten guests. The ground floor additionally features a second sub kitchen, a television room and a gym. On the first floor are the five bedrooms four of of which have ensuite bathrooms and one of which has a bathroom immediately next door. Three of the bedrooms have superking beds, one has a king bed and one has two singles. Outside there are large gardens and there is an outside kitchen which is available for guest use subject to seasons and weather permitting plus a fabulous cedarwood hot tub. We will accept ONE Adult dog on request and we charge a pet fee per stay. They must not be left unattended during your stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and its grounds. Other things to note The outdoor kitchen is only available from May to September and this is also subject to weather conditions. If the kitchen has been set up and it rains during your stay we do expect guests to put any items away that could be damaged.
