No pets The space This two bedroom cottage has wonderful sea views from all rooms (except the shower room) as its set on a hill over looking Church Bay on the west coast of Anglesey. It has been thoughtfully decorated while retaining its Welsh farmhouse charm and character with original pine doors and slate fireplaces. The house is comfortable and spacious, has a sunny patio with picnic table to the front and enclosed lawned garden at the back. Also available is The Front Wing a separate cottage for four people and The Loft B&B, a barn apartment for two adults. We have been renting Pen y Graig as holiday accommodation for more than 30 years and take great pleasure in seeing many of our guests return year after year. No central heating. A basket of logs, kindling and lighters are supplied for the first evening. *Electricity costs are extra, paid by meter reading at the end of the stay. *There is a maximum of 4 guests + 1 infant (1-2 years) * We only have 1 cot (£10 charge) please check it is available before booking if required. Bring your own cot bedding / sheet and blankets *Check In after 4pm - Check Out before 10am *Bed linen is included. *Towels included, 1 hand+1 bath per person - not to be taken to the beach. *Beach towel available to hire at £2pp. *Breakfast is not included. *No pets *There are double locked doors both up and downstairs between each Wing. A security/damage deposit will be required if you wish to rent both Wings together and request that the doors are unlocked, giving both groups access to the whole property. *Wifi - fibre broadband, signal is 'country' not city speed. *PLEASE NOTE - All weekly bookings start and end on a Saturday. I cannot accept a booking with the 'add an extra night and save' Airbnb offer. *Bookings cannot be changed to another date within 6 weeks of arrival. *Short Breaks available during low season.
