Lusol Seafront Villas is a complex of two villas, offered together as one exclusive accommodation, located just 100m from the coastline of Kalamaki, Chania. Set one above the other and connected internally, the villas combine independent living spaces with two private pools and living areas, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for families and groups. Ideal guests: 14 | Max occupancy: 17 (2 guests on a comfortable sofa bed & 1 on a camp bed, upon request at an extra cost) The space Indoor Facilities Lusol Seafront Villas offer a total of seven bedrooms across two interconnected villas, combining comfortable private spaces with spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, entertainment facilities, and dedicated fitness areas. The lower villa (Villa I) is a spacious 160 sqm single-level residence, featuring a bright open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas and a 60'' Satellite Smart TV. Large openings connect the interiors directly with the pool terrace while framing beautiful sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area for eight guests. Three bedrooms are located on the same level, all with direct access to the pool terrace. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers, while the third offers twin beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request. The first villa also features a gym equipped with a multi-fitness device, dumbbells, fitness ball, and fitness bench. The sofa in the gym area can be converted into a double bed for two guests upon request and at an additional cost, with a dedicated shower room available. A laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board, together with a communal WC, completes the facilities of Villa I. The upper villa (Villa II) extends over 220 sqm across three levels and offers a more spacious layout with additional entertainment areas. The main living level features a bright open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas, a 65'' Satellite Smart TV, and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably accommodate eight guests, while large openings provide beautiful sea views. Two bedrooms are located on this level, both with direct access to the pool terrace and sea views. One features a queen-size bed, while the second offers twin beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. The upper level hosts two further bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, en suite bathrooms, and sea views. The fourth bedroom also features a private balcony furnished with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs, and a table, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the coastal scenery. An additional guest can be accommodated upon request and at an extra cost on a camp bed in the fourth bedroom. The lower level of the upper villa is dedicated to entertainment, fitness, and practical facilities. The playroom includes a pool table, 75'' Smart Satellite TV, PlayStation, and board games, providing an enjoyable space for both children and adults. The dedicated gym features a multifunctional gym machine, stationary bicycle, back extension machine, and dumbbells. Additionally, the villa features a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. Outdoor Facilities Each villa features its own private outdoor area and swimming pool, offering guests the freedom to relax and enjoy their own space while staying within the same interconnected complex. The two 26 sqm pools are surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, creating inviting spots for swimming and soaking up the Cretan sun. Both villas also feature private outdoor sitting and dining areas, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, sunset drinks, or relaxed evenings with family and friends. Each outdoor space is equipped with a gas barbecue, while outdoor showers provide added convenience after a refreshing swim. Private parking for one car is available, with additional free street parking nearby. Lastly, a straight stairlift at the entrance provides convenient access to Villa I and can be used by elderly guests or guests with mobility needs. *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) Accessibility There is a straight stairlift at the entrance of the villas. You can easily use the stairlift to enter the Lusol Seafront Villa I. This facility can be used by elderly people or by people with mobility needs. 2/3-day cleaning service The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2€ per night/villa from April to October and 0,50€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival. Lusol Seafront Villas is a complex of two villas, one above the other.
