In a beautiful panorama, carefully restored with great attention to detail and with quality materials to maintain the original look with exposed beams, we find this beautiful flat on the third and top floor of an old farmhouse / rustic building. This rustic restoration with exposed beams and free wifi is located on the third floor of a farmhouse with a total of 10 flats. The house is in the centre of the village of Pazzon, a hamlet of Caprino Veronese, below Monte Baldo and a few minutes drive from Lake Garda. It consists of an open dining room with a kitchen and a dining table for 4 people. In the kitchen, there is a cooker with an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a waffle coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bidet, a washing machine and a toilet. The first bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons, for a total of 4 persons. Free private parking is available. Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out at 10 a.m. Mandatory taxes not included (in cash on arrival): - Tourist tax according to the municipality, per person, and per night (from 14 years old). - Late check-in: after 7 p.m. will be charged € 30,00 / after 10 p.m. € 50,00. Optional extras on request (in cash on arrival): - Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save on the final price.
