The space This property sits adjacent to but completely independent of its sister property 'Beach Retreat 1' which is also available for Airbnb rental, providing a further 2 bed apartment which may be of interest to those with larger families or 2 families who wish to holiday together. Whilst oozing character and charm in its exterior appearance this property boasts a modern interior with mid-century inspired, high end furniture and fittings throughout. Hi speed wi-fi, smart flat screen TVs in lounge and master bedroom. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessed via stairs from the ground floor entrance. Two beautifully appointed double bedrooms incorporate built in wardrobes, dressing tables and double beds plus a flat screen smart tv in the master bedroom. To accommodate a 5th guest, a high quality fold away single guest bed can be set up in the master bedroom on request. Bedding is feather free with quality mattresses and crisp cotton bed linen to provide the perfect hotel feel. Designed to be a real home from home, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven plus gas hob, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils. Meals at home can be enjoyed using the high quality Villeroy & Boch dinnerware and glasses. A laundry cupboard houses a combined washer/dryer and night safe for your valuables. There is a smart shower room plus separate cloakroom W/C all with high end Duravit fittings. All towels and beach towels are provided. The apartment is super child friendly, a travel cot & high chair are available on request, toys & books plus a childrens Pirate Ship playground is conveniently located at the end of the road. Guest access Your accommodation has been designed and organised in such a way that you will have complete privacy. Prior to your arrival arrangements will be made for you to access keys together with an extensive welcome manual providing simple and easy information to permit you to enjoy a hassle free stay. Other things to note PARKING Upon initial arrival whilst unloading suitcases, guests can park directly outside the apartment on Ravine Rd. Free permanent guest parking is provided just a few metres at The Cliff gastropub, You will be asked to provide your vehicle registration details once your booking is confirmed. From 18 July - 30 August there is a 7 night minimum stay in place with changeovers on Saturdays. Check in is 3pm onwards and check out is 10am. Please note we do not pass on any cleaning fees to our guests.
