Apartment Sue is a perfectly located 2 bed apartment situated in the Old Town of Kalkan just a 2 minute walk to the beach and to the marina. This area is filled with old style Turkish town houses connected by winding lanes with charming wooden balconies and bougainvillea adorning many of the buildings. The apartment is located on the first floor with a pool shared with just two other apartments and sunbathing terraces on the level below, accessed down a flight of stairs. The apartment has off street parking outside and Kalkan has parking on the streets but it can get busy during summer season. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive. We can also organise car hire should you require this. The apartment is a very short stroll from the Old Town where you can find an abundance of quaint shops, cafes and bars. There are many restaurants in the Old Town and the surrounding areas that offer fabulous gastronomic delights with many roof top terraces where you can enjoy the stunning views of Kalkans' Turquoise bay and relish the ambience at sunset. Kalkan has a beautiful harbour where you can hire a Gulet for the day to savour the bays of our Turquoise coast line whilst basking and relaxing in the glorious sun or swimming in the azure cool waters with experiencing home cooked Turkish fare or why not take an evening sunset trip to admire the stillness and calm of the azure sea whilst enjoying an evening of local delicacies and refreshments in peace and tranquility. There is also a blue flag pebble beach where you can while away the hours or take a morning dip to liven your senses. Or we can organise a wonderful experience to the Xanthos ancient ruins and make foot steps in the sand of the sanctuary that is Patara beach. Or a trek of Saklikent Gorge and it's awe inspiring nature and exhilarating rafting option, an off road jeep safari or quad biking might be your thing. Or a day trip to Kekova sunken city, Turkish history at its best. This is to name but a few...
