Welcome! Our home is a wonderful beach house with a bright and open layout that is great for entertaining. The home features all modern finishings and is impeccably maintained. Situated just one block from the beach and local boardwalk, it is a great place to go for a walk in warm or cool weather. In warmer months the heated pool and spa can be used in the backyard. There is also a full outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. It is a truly serene area to just kick back and relax. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the master bathroom. There is actually a direct view of the ocean that can be enjoyed during a morning or early evening shower. The backyard includes: - Heated pool with electric pool cover. - Luxury spa with spillover waterfall and electric cover. - Both pool and space can be lit in over a dozen different color options. It's beautiful in the evenings! - Built-in outdoor gas fire pit by the pool with comfortable Restoration Hardware sectional sofa surrounding. - Top of the line built in outdoor kitchen. Includes: Twin Eagle grill, sink, bar, refrigerator, warming drawer, paper towel drawer, and storage. - Outdoor shower. - Large table with built in patio bench. - 2 large umbrellas that provide as much or as little coverage as needed. It is important to note that much of the backyard is closed and wrapped up during the winter months. The salt water air and freezing temperatures can damage much of what is outside.
