To take full advantage of its magnificent views over the Exe estuary towards Exmouth, a glass balcony has been provided at first-floor level along the entire width of the property. There is a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and the living area has also received an overhaul with brand new carpets and reclining sofas. There is a newly fitted ground floor shower room with sink and wc. This room also houses the washing machine and microwave. To the rear, the size of the useable paved space has been significantly enlarged by the provision of an additional paved terraced area. Bright and airy, this property has been freshly decorated. Guest access The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else. This holiday home is self-catering and although we will supply the basics to get you started, ie toilet rolls, cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishcloth and sponge and salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and sugar, we do not top them up during your stay. You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas but please do leave as you find and dispose of any food and drink and bring in any items that belong inside the property. We operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge upto £400 for any additional cleaning or damages cause during your stay and not reported. This includes damages caused by dogs, children and adults.
