Beautiful 8 bed country retreat - including private use of York Cottage Spa. Your stay includes exclusive access to our Spa Pool, Sauna and relaxation areas - no other guests will be booked into the spa during your stay, giving you unlimited access. Beauty treatments, afternoon tea, grazing boards, yoga, cocktail making and a private chef can all be arranged upon request. A lovely space for entertaining & enjoying a summer's evening on the patio or winter's night in front of the fire. The space Bozeat Retreat includes a lovingly restored and extended former farmhouse provides the perfect space for entertaining and relaxing. Complete with an onsite Spa and extensive gardens and outdoor spaces. The home has a formal living room, with open fire for those winter evenings. There's a fully equipped kitchen with an Aga and Electric Combi Oven, and lots of seating areas for your group. There is a dining table set for up to 18 in the Dining Room, with dining space for over 16 outside in the summer months. The house has a BBQ and cooking equipment as well as a fire pit on the main patio area. Please note firewood and coal for the fireplaces, firepit and BBQ is not included. Please arrange to bring your own. The retreat includes 3 ensuite bedrooms detached from the main house with their own front doors and a lounge area with kitchenette shared between these bedrooms. Guest access You’ll get the whole house exclusively to your group. Please note the Spa Pool and relaxation areas are available until 10pm daily due to health & safety reasons. The lighting in this area will turn off from 10pm automatically. Other things to note Room check out time is 11am, please be aware staff members may arrive from 10am on checkout day in order to clean the Spa. You will have Spa access until this time.
