Come enjoy historic Silver Lake! Bring your boats, kayaks, and canoes! Spend the day on the lake or relaxing in the rockers on the upper porch. The private back patio is the perfect spot for an evening cocktail or BBQ. Not feeling like cooking? The Charcoal Corral is a short walk from the cottage. There you'll find pizza, mini golf, ice cream and best of all, a drive-in movie theater - fun for everyone! Nearby Letchworth State Park boast many hiking trails and world-class views. The space The main floor of the cottage has a newly renovated eat-in kitchen. Main floor also includes a bathroom, living room and porch room. If you encounter rain during your stay, you may notice a small leak in right hand corner of the ceiling in the porch room, as you enter from the living room. this typically occurs when during a heavy, driving rain. The second floor has two bedrooms and a half bath. The floor plan is an open one. Bedrooms are separated by louvered doors that close for privacy. Outdoor spaces include a private, backyard deck and a 20ft. private dock at water's edge. A public boat lunch is located at Sliver Lake State park on the south side of the lake, less than 5 miles from the cottage. Silver Lake Marina also has boat services. Guest access Entire cottage Other things to note The cottage is located within the family oriented SilverLake community. There are 3-4 blocks of closely packed houses that share a wide lakefront green space. The big blue dock is also available for guest use. Our cottage is not a place for parties or large gatherings. It is much better suited for small groups or families.
