Beautiful, spacious ground floor property with enclosed garden sleeping up to 6 people in the lovely village of Pittenweem. With a central location this property is only a few minutes walk in to the high street, tidal pool and harbour front. Licence number: FI 00720 F The space As you enter the property you will be in the large open living area, with plenty of comfortable seating for 6 people. This then leads through to a bright and airy kitchen and dining area, of which is a utility room and sun room, leading out to the large enclosed garden at the back. The house has 3 double bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes and belongings during your stay. There is a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath and an additional shower room. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property Other things to note Please ensure you use the bins correctly outside the property, otherwise these will not be emptied. A charge of £60 will incur should the bins not be used properly or landfill bin overflowing, please recycle appropriately to avoid this. We thank you for your help with this. If you would like us to arrange a bag of logs for your stay please let us know and we can arrange this for an extra cost. If you are staying in our property for over a week we can provide a towel change for an extra cost, please just get in touch.
