QUATTRO FONTANE APARTMENT is one of five apartments located in one separate palazzo on the Main Street of Taormina. We are located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), detailed parking and access instructions are provided after booking. Two private open terraces: terrace sea view area 26,8 M2 and terrace Via Corso Umberto I view area 29,3 M2 . Max occupancy 2 adults Upper floors accessible by stairs only, no lift. Apartment floor area 22 sq. meters The space The following services are included in price: Apartment is equipped with kitchen (oven, stove, washing-machine, fridge, laundry and dishwashing detergent), heating/air-condition. Terrace with dining area and sun loungers. Bed linens Flat-screen TV, SAT TV, Netflix Free WI-FI Safe is available to use free of charge Coffee machine with selection of coffee, a bottle of water in the fridge as a complementary service. Clotheshorse, iron and ironing board Fully equipped bathroom (hair dryer, towels, bathrobe and slipper, beach towel, beach bag, courtesy kit, toothpaste kit) Professional pre-check-in cleaning and disinfection are included. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. If you require fresh linens or a full cleaning during your stay, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Centrally located on the main street of Taormina, via Corso Umberto. The building, which was actually constructed on the Roman Naumachia, our apartments are all fully equipped. Other things to note City Tax Information In accordance with the City Council Resolution No. 43, dated 31 July 2023, the city of Taormina requires the collection of a City Tax from visiting guests. Amount: €3.00 per person per night Maximum stay charged: The tax is applied for up to 11 consecutive nights only. Exemptions: Children under 12 years old are exempt Payment: This tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly at the apartment upon arrival. Check-In Details You'll need to let the property know in advance (24 hours prior) what time you'll arrive. Standard check-in: 14:00–21:00. Late check-in fee: €30 after 21:00, €50 after 00:00. Please contact us in advance if you need a late check-in or assistance. Remote-Controlled Awning. For your comfort, we have installed a remote-controlled awning, which is available as a complimentary extra service during your stay. You are welcome to use it; however, use of the awning is available only upon payment of a refundable €450 damage protection deposit. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the awning has been inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as at check-in. Without the deposit, the awning cannot be made available for use. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the awning is sensitive to strong winds, and we kindly request that you avoid opening it during windy periods. Additionally, ensure the awning is fully closed whenever you leave the terrace or the apartment. By using the awning, you acknowledge and unconditionally accept full responsibility for its safety. Any damage to the awning or its components, including the pulse or mechanical parts, will be your financial responsibility. This includes cases where an open awning is damaged by wind or other external factors, as leaving it open makes it vulnerable to such risks.
