We provide all the logs, kindling, and firelighters you'll need. THE SNUG: (Just off the kitchen) A perfect spot to unwind with books and games for all ages. There's even a guitar for those who feel like playing a tune. WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Includes a range cooker, microwave & dishwasher. Cook meals with ease and enjoy them in the bright conservatory with seating for six. We have a highchair and cupboard stocked with child-friendly tableware. OUTDOOR SPACE: Enclosed garden features outdoor dining, a BBQ, and a small grassy area for kids to play. There is a selection of outdoor games for all ages! BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 & 2: Two generous double bedrooms with king-size beds. One with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Bunk beds suitable for kids, teens, or adults (please note: for safety reasons children under 6 should use the bottom bunk). A travel cot is also available for little ones (up to age 3). BATHROOMS: In addition to the ensuite there is a family bathroom with a bath & shower, and a convenient downstairs loo. UTILITY ROOM With washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire detached house and private garden for their enjoyment. There’s also private parking on the driveway for up to 2/3 cars. Check-in is simple with a lockbox, and while we live nearby, we’ll make sure not to disturb you unless you need any help! Other things to note *Just a quick heads-up: The Hollies is a non-smoking house. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking or vaping inside the house and garden. Thanks for understanding! *All linen and towels are provided for your convenience. *The bunk beds are safety-tested and suitable for adults up to around 16 stone (100kg). *We have a dedicated 13a slow EV charger in the garage (please bring your own cable). It’s available upon request for an additional charge.
