Riverside View is a stylish duplex apartment with penthouse accommodation on the banks of the River Leven with views of the marina and beyond to the mountains of Loch Lomond. Situated within the heart of the town, it's within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, train and bus stations and Balloch Country Park is on the doorstep. There is secure parking on site and free wifi throughout. There is a road closeby and some road noise is inevitable. Sadly NO lift. The space The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which have king size beds and en-suite facilities and the third bedroom has a single bed and a full bathroom across the corridor. The property is in a modern building, it is a duplex apartment with the bedrooms on the second floor and the kitchen, seating, dining and patio area are upstairs on the 3rd floor. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment including a private balcony equipped with furniture and small bbq area and boasts beautiful views of the River Leven, the marina and the mountains of Loch Lomond beyond. Other things to note Please note that other residents live within the complex and guests should refrain from making loud noise after 11pm with consideration towards other property owners essential. The flat has a security entrance and is on the second floor, there is no lift . The property is located on a street therefore it should be noted that some noise will be inevitable. I provide a BBQ trolley with a disposable charcoal BBQ tray, I do this because I don't want to spend hours cleaning a BBQ grill pan between guests.
