Other things to note Before you book: Keys must to be collected (Check-in), and returned (Check-out) from this local store: SPAR Oxford Road, 2 Oxford Rd, Manchester M1 5QA (5 minute walk). The store is open 24 hours a day for convenient arrival and departures. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival. House Rules: 1. No smoking inside premises 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests) 4. No parties, loud music or events allowed 5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am 6. Minimum age to book is 22.
